Usage is measured in allowance units priced from each model's real cost, so a short question on an economical model costs a fraction of a long one on a premium model. Customers see an estimate of what a request will cost before they send it.
Where you switch it on, customers can choose, change, top up and cancel their own plan. Purchases ask for a recent sign-in, and plan changes are recorded with who made them.
