Your release notes can be added as a source, so the agents know what already shipped.
Never changed behind your back
When a source changes, the agent is marked stale. New content is never published without a person. Documents can be withdrawn automatically, for example when a project's settings change.

Every version recorded
Every published version is identified by the hash of its instructions and documents, with when it was published and by whom.
Checks before publishing
Prompts and documents are checked for forbidden content and secret-shaped text before anything is published, then read back to confirm.
